“My Secret Weapon for Taking the Stage”
Coach Michelle is my secret weapon for taking the stage with confidence! I recently had an opportunity to speak live online to over 50,000 entrepreneurs and found myself both excited and paralyzed with fear. My mind was spinning with a mix of everything from logistical questions to worst case scenarios. Over the course of a few sessions, Michelle helped me sort out all the bits in my brain so I could take the virtual stage with calm confidence and really allow my light and message to shine through.
We worked through all my surface level logistical questions first which brought a huge amount of relief. And then, she masterfully guided me to zero in on the limiting beliefs and old traumas that were surfacing in the form of fear, and led me through a Tapping session to identify and release the root of all of it.
